Angela Evelyn Bassett has been an American actress since the end of the 1980s. Since the late 80s, Angela Evelyn has worked in television and film. She's received several awards, among them the 16 NAACP Image Awards. Bassett was born in New York New York and was raised by her aunt living in Winston-Salem North Carolina. The mother of Bassett had divorced from her father when she was approximately five. Bassett and her younger sister then went into St. Petersburg Florida with their mother. When she was in high school Bassett watched John Steinbeck's drama Of Mice and Men starring James Earl Jones and decided that she wanted to become an actor. Yale University New Haven Connecticut was where she earned her bachelor's in African American and master's degrees (1983). In 1997, she got married to Courtney B. Vance who was an actor in the same group. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies in 1980. Master in Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett currently works in one of her main parts, Ramonda, in the action adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
